The comparison sheet

What the sheet covers

Every sheet has these sections, in this order. Each is filled from our record of the project, with its source. Where the record is silent, the sheet says so.

    Price

    The ticket price with its area basis and the date it was quoted. A project without a confirmed UP RERA number gets no price.

  2. 02

    UP RERA number

    The registration number on record, with the steps to look up the filing yourself on up-rera.in.

  3. 03

    Layouts

    Each layout and its size, with the area basis the size is stated on.

  4. 04

    Possession

    The possession date on our record. Its basis, the UP RERA declaration or the developer's sales material, is given only where our record states it; otherwise the sheet says the basis is not established in our record.

  5. 05

    What we would question

    The points we would raise with the developer before you commit.

  6. 06

    Documents held

    Which documents we hold for the project and which we are still waiting for.

  7. 07

    Verdict

    One line from your advisor, drawn from the six sections above and nothing else.
